Since 1986, UniPedsMD has been a community-centered pediatric medical home in Pembroke Pines, Florida, dedicated to caring for children from infancy through young adulthood.
Our mission, "Healing the Future," reflects our belief that every child deserves compassionate, personalized healthcare and the opportunity to thrive.
We are more than a pediatric office. We are a trusted partner for families and an advocate for the wellbeing of our community. We take the time to listen, guide, educate, and support parents through every stage of childhood.
Led by Dr. Jacintha Brillante, UniPedsMD embraces a relationship-based approach to medicine. We believe healthcare is most effective when families have a trusted team helping them navigate both everyday concerns and more complex healthcare journeys.
We aspire to become a sanctuary and a lighthouse for our community — a place where families feel safe, guided, protected, and supported. Less like a medical facility and more like a trusted home for pediatric care.
From a baby's first weeks to the quiet questions of the teen years, UniPedsMD provides thoughtful, compassionate pediatric services — every step of the way.

We are not a private club. UniPedsMD opens its doors to every family in our neighborhood — regardless of insurance, income, or background. Belonging is the first medicine.
"We choose to be a place where every child is met with the same warmth — the same time, the same listening, the same care."

Dr. Brillante believes the best pediatric care begins with patience. She makes room for your questions, your worries, and your child's whole self — not just the chart. Every visit is an unhurried conversation between two people who both want the same thing: a healthy, well-loved child.
We believe pediatric care is about more than treating illness. It is about helping children grow into healthy, confident, thriving adults.
At UniPedsMD, we focus on prevention, early identification of concerns, family education, care coordination, and building long-term relationships with the children and families we serve. Whether your child is coming in for a routine checkup, developmental concerns, chronic condition management, behavioral support, or a same-day sick visit, our team is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care every step of the way.
"Children remember the people who slowed down for them. That is the kind of medicine we practice."
